Please mark your email “CONFIDENTIAL” and do not include any clinical or protected health information since email is not necessarily the most secure or private means of communication. Dr. Shulman hopes that you understand that contacting her by email does not establish a clinical relationship. A clinical relationship can only begin after an initial consultation and your completion of appropriate documentation.

Dr. Shulman puts the security of her clients at a high priority. Therefore, she has put efforts into ensuring that any message that she receives via email does not contain malicious code or viruses. Unfortunately, this may result in your email being blocked for security reasons and Dr. Shulman may not see or respond to your email.
